Jeisa Chiminazzo
Jeisa Chiminazzo is a Brazilian model. Chiminazzo grew up in Muçum, RS, Brazil, born to parents Ernani and Ivone of Italian and German descent. She has two sisters, Grace (6 years older) and Jéssica (5 years younger). She was discovered in 1998 at the age of 13 by a Brazilian actor who recommended her to a modeling agency.
A year after first appearing the covers of local magazines, Chiminazzo signed with IMG Models in New York and appeared in Italian editions of Elle and Marie Claire soon after. During her first few years as an international model, Chiminazzo appeared in several fashion campaigns, for designers such as Emanuel Ungaro and Jill Stuart, for which she was photographed by Ellen von Unwerth. In July 2005, Chiminazzo got her breakthrough with a Paris Vogue cover with Isabeli Fontana, photographed by Mario Testino.
Chiminazzo has appeared on the cover of numerous international editions of Vogue and has walked for many notable designers. By 2006, Chiminazzo had been featured in campaigns for Calvin Klein, Roberto Cavalli, Dolce & Gabbana, Hugo Boss, Hermès, Armani, Karl Lagerfield, Yves Saint Laurent, and H&M. She has also appeared in the Victoria's Secret annual fashion show as well as their catalogs. She was featured in the 2008 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
